You will need to lay down and relax reading to receive the healing that is sent to you, so please book at time that is suitable for you, and when you will not be disturbed. Reiki is an alternative therapy, that uses energy healing practices to reduce stress, enhance relaxation which promotes healing. By channeling Reiki energy, I will work through the energy centres in your body, realign your chakras and remove any energy blocks you may have. Reiki is a great tool to aid your healing journey.
